Spontaneous Delivery

I had one client who gave birth in her car on the Henry Hudson Bridge and another who delivered Twin A in her outside the hospital, while her husband was inside getting a wheelchair for her!

Spontaneous deliveries are usually very quick and healthy. They are definitely dramatic. The most important thing to remember is that the baby needs to be kept warm. And keeping the mother calm helps...though, usually, it's the mother who keeps everyone else calm!
